Katherine Heigl speaks to the world about her "white bubble life" and how it's influenced how she raises her multiracial adopted children. In an interview, she said in the past that in terms of the color of her skin, it doesn't really matter. After speaking with her sister who is adopted by South Korea she realized just how differently society treats them. Meg was asked if her treatment was different when they were out together with their parents and then the time they were on their own. Meg replied: "Oh, sure, I've seen everything and I've been there all the time! Heigl revealed to Parents that it made her realize just the extent of her ignorance. She said that she was angry and felt it was necessary to use her anger to assist her children. Heigl along with her husband of 13 years -- the musician Josh Kelley -- have a 4-year-old son together, Joshua Bishop Kelley, Jr. In 2009, they welcomed Nancy Leigh (12), an adopted daughter of South Korea, and Adalaide (8, a black child) in 2012.
