Audrey Tautou
Audrey Tautou born Beaumont, Puy-deDomme France in August 9th 1976. Audrey is the largest child among four children. Since a young age, both her dental surgeon parents and her teacher mother supported Audrey's love of drama and theater. It was this love that trumps her first desire to be the first primatologist. The rise of her as an actor in the young age was quick and marked by early success. After her graduation in 1998, she took part in the French talent-scouting TV programme Jeunes Premiers which was sponsored by Canal+ and won Best Young Actress at the Beziers Festival of Young Actors prior to beginning her acting career in earnest. Tautou was born into the context of a Catholic home, and was a member of the her church even though she went to school at school at the Institut Catholique de Paris. Alongside her acting career, Tautou has also been a model and the model in the advertising campaign for L'Oreal Mont Blanc as well as Chanel. She is a keen photographer and produced a recent exhibition in The Arles International Festival entitled Superficial.
